A care plan is not insurance. It is prevention. Your site stays updated, backed up, and monitored so problems do not surprise you.

Month 1: Onboarding

  • Baseline audit of your current site
  • Set up automated backups to offsite storage
  • Configure uptime monitoring and alerts
  • Document current plugin/theme versions
  • Run initial security scan

Timeline: Within the first week of signup.

Ongoing: Monthly Maintenance

  • Core CMS, plugin, and theme updates
  • Security patches applied within 48 hours
  • Monthly backup verification
  • Performance scan and optimization tweaks
  • Broken link check

Timeline: Performed during the first week of each month.

Monthly Report

  • Uptime percentage and any downtime events
  • Updates applied
  • Security scan results
  • Performance score
  • Recommendations for next month

Timeline: Sent by the 10th of each month.

Support Requests

  • Email support within 2 business days
  • Emergency response (site down) same day
  • Content updates included in Pro and Business tiers
  • No calls unless pre-scheduled

What You Do

  • Keep your payment method current
  • Notify SBTC of any major site changes you make
  • Review monthly reports and reply if you have questions
  • Give 30 days notice if you want to cancel

What Is Not Included

  • New page design or development
  • Major redesigns
  • Content writing (unless specified in your tier)
  • Third-party plugin license fees
  • Hosting or domain registration fees
