Website Fix

What to expect: a website fix.

Three phases from problem to confirmation. The goal is to find the real cause, fix it cleanly, and make sure it stays fixed.

Typical timeline: 2 to 5 days depending on complexity.

Phase 1

Diagnosis

You describe the problem in as much detail as you can. Seth investigates the site, hosting, and any recent changes to find the root cause.

  • Describe the problem and when it started
  • Share screenshots and URLs
  • Note any recent changes
  • Provide admin or hosting access if needed
You provide details. Seth investigates and confirms the cause.
Phase 2

Fix

Seth scopes the fix, confirms the approach with you, and does the work. Check-ins happen if the fix takes more than a day.

  • Scoped fix with clear boundaries
  • Work completed directly by Seth
  • Check-ins for longer fixes
  • No surprise charges if scope stays the same
Seth delivers the fix. You confirm the scope before work begins.
Phase 3

Verify

The fix is tested on your end and mine. Seth documents what changed and what to watch. If anything is still off, it gets addressed before close.

  • You test the fix on your device
  • Seth confirms from multiple browsers
  • Summary of what changed
  • Notes on what to monitor going forward
Both sides test. Seth documents. The case closes when confirmed.

What you provide

A clear description, screenshots, and access credentials. The more detail you send upfront, the faster the diagnosis. If you do not have admin access, say so and we will work around it.

What Seth delivers

A confirmed diagnosis, a scoped fix, clean implementation, and written confirmation that the problem is resolved. If the problem is outside SBTC scope, you get an honest recommendation for the next step.
